Shipping policy

We work with international manufacturers and suppliers, and all orders are made to order.

Depending on the product, our current fulfilment and shipping takes approximately 20 days.

However, due to the current situation with coronavirus, our fulfilment and shipping on certain items is delayed and taking longer to reach our customers, with certain products taking 30+ days to be fulfilled and delivered.

We endeavour to do everything we can to work with our manufacturers and courier services to keep you informed of your purchase during this time, if you have any questions, please email us or get in touch and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with a more detailed timeframe for delivery, and can track where your order is at all times.
