Refund policy

Refunds (if applicable) 

We only refund items if they are incorrect (wrong item or colour) or damaged. After receiving your order, please notify us within 14 days if there is an issue, along with an image of the item. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order then unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.

Only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will not require you to return the item, instead if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shibafreak91@gmail.com 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges. However, we will replace items if they are incorrect (wrong item or colour) or damaged, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
